As part of the Microsoft security initiative to protect users from harmful scripts, users who have installed SP2 as part of their Windows XP operating system will see automatic warnings that scripts have been blocked from working. This website does not use harmful scripts and we do not even use Cookies that most Internet web sites download onto your computer.

The Leinster Regiment Association web site designers uses small scripts on some pages to aid navigation. These scripts are associated with the action of 'button clicks' so that clicking a button performs an action such as moving to a new page. This web site uses scripts that are written in JavaScript.

The purpose of this web page is to advise you what Microsoft warnings you will see, what they mean and what choices you have.

Step 1	This is usually the first warning that is shown. This advises that the web page design is using a design script. To continue you should click the OK button and go to the information bar bear the top of your browser window. See graphic shown in Step 2

Step 3	When you click the information bar you will see this message. To continue using the website with full functionality you should select the "Allow Blocked Content" option
Step 4	When you select the Allow Blocked Content" option you will get a further warning (shown on the left) asking you to reconfirm your choice. You should select Yes to continue. This web site design does not download anything to your computer and we do not use potentially harmful scripts in the design. If you are unsure in any way then you can select No and the scripts will not operate.
	You will still be able to navigate around the website, though less easily, and you will continue to see the security warnings every time you visit a new page. To exit or close this windows you will need to close the active browser window using the windows own close icon shown in the graphic on the left.
